The Triple P Centre helps families, children and teens manage issues which impact on their day-to-day lives. From simple problems to more complex emotional and behavioural disorders, our psychologists can help.
We offer the Triple P - Positive Parenting Program and individual therapy sessions as well as an innovative social skills program Secret Agent Society for parents of children with Asperger's Syndrome.

Triple P - Positive Parenting Program
The Triple P Centre offers individual consultations, group courses and seminars in Triple P. A broad range of interventions with different levels of intensity is available to help with everyday parenting problems, as well as more complex issues.
This includes help for families affected by Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, anxiety disorders, obesity, bullying, peer relationship difficulties and low self esteem. Triple P programs are available for children from birth to 12 years, and for teenagers from 12 to 16 years.
Triple P - Specialist Programs
Programs include Stepping Stones Triple P for parents of children with disabilities; Lifestyle Triple P for parents of overweight children; Indigenous Triple P for Indigenous Australian families; and Family Transitions Triple P for separated or divorced parents.
Individual Therapy
The Centre's psychologists offer a full range of evidence-based psychological therapies. Specialties include child and adolescent issues, family functioning, interventions for mood disorders, anxiety disorders and developmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorders.
Secret Agent Society (SAS)
Specialist program Secret Agent Society is available for children aged between 8 and 12 with Asperger's Syndrome. The program uses a range of innovative games and activities including a four-level animated computer game to teach children how to recognise and manage emotions and develop better social skills. Intellectual and academic assessments
Parents with concerns about their children's learning can request IQ and academic achievement testing. These results can support educational and behavioural planning to help children reach their full potential.
Rebates
Clients with a GP Mental Health Care Plan may be eligible for rebates through Medicare. Some clients may qualify for rebates under the Helping Children with Autism Package.
